Delete your Puzzle Lantern account

In the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This permanently revokes account access, replaces your profile names, and removes your Daily attempts and streak records.

Request deletion without the app

Email tashukwork@gmail.com with the subject “Puzzle Lantern account deletion”. Include your username or account identifier, if you know it, and say whether you want to delete your account or specific personal information. We may ask for information to verify ownership because accounts do not require an email address. Do not send passwords or sign-in credentials.

What may remain

Account identifiers and some session, social, invitation, moderation, feedback, transaction or backup records may remain after in-app deletion. You can request deletion of remaining personal information by email. We assess any retention needed for security, legal obligations or disputes, and explain any information we need to retain. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription; cancel subscriptions separately in your app marketplace account. Device-only data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling, subject to your backup settings.
